As the Global Account Sales Manager, you will own and grow one of Micron's strategic global Hyperscale customer relationships . This role is central to driving revenue, crafting account strategy, and representing the voice of the customer across the company. You will lead opportunity execution, influence cross-functional teams, and build trusted relationships at all levels of the customer organization.

Responsibilities

Own and execute a global strategic account plan in partnership with Business Units and regional teams.

Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships and a comprehensive global relationship map.

Manage and advance a multi-product opportunity pipeline with strong forecast accuracy and CRM discipline.

Deliver quarterly revenue, gross margin, and TAM share objectives aligned to BU and corporate goals.

Identify and develop new strategic sales opportunities that maximize return on company resources.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to align customer needs with Micron solutions.

Provide customer insights and market intelligence to support business planning and growth strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

7+ years of experience in technical sales or sales management.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue objectives.

Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Apply Artificial Intelligence tools like Co-Pilot

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or advanced degree.

Experience managing global or multi-regional strategic Hyperscale, cloud, or technology accounts .

Background selling complex technology, semiconductor, datacenter, or infrastructure solutions.

Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Experience building relationships with technical and business stakeholders across large global organizations.
