Entegra seeks an individual contributor Senior Sales Manager to grow restaurant membership and purchasing power. Own enterprise account onboarding, qualify and route leads, and drive conversion while enabling sellers to focus on high-value opportunities.

Manage and onboard enterprise accounts, generate and vet leads, partner with sales support, and track pipeline metrics. Requires enterprise sales experience, CRM expertise, virtual selling skills, and the ability to thrive remotely across the U.S.

This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional collaboration and manage high-impact projects that directly influence organizational goals and market expansion.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $86275 per year - $111650 per year

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

Research and identify potential clients, develop prospect lists, and initiate contact to generate qualified leads and move opportunities toward meetings or proposals.

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for client acquisition, retention, and growth, influencing key decision-makers and managing significant account volumes.

Create, implement, and optimize sales tools, processes, and workflows that support the sales organization's strategic initiatives and pipeline management.

Oversee end-to-end proposal development, production, and distribution while managing project management systems and ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.

Design, maintain, and leverage analytics dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance, forecast outcomes, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.

Partner with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) and lead, mentor, and train staff to drive continuous improvement, alignment, and achievement of business goals.

What you'll bring

Skills in building and sustaining strategic client relationships, with expertise in influencing and negotiating to drive business growth.

Experience managing complex sales operations, optimizing processes, workflows, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.

Analytical mindset with a track record of leveraging data and insights to forecast sales outcomes, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, effectively representing the organization to internal stakeholders and external clients.

Skilled at prioritizing multiple projects and managing time while leading cross- functional teams and mentoring staff toward shared success.

Requirements

Education Requirement: Associate degree or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Management Experience: 0-5 years

Related Experience: 3-7 years
