What You'll Earn

Starting Pay: $19.00/hour

Pay Increases to $24.00/hour when hired directly

Full-time hours

Long-term opportunity with room for advancement

3rd Shift

Busy Season: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Slow Season: 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM

What You'll Do

Operate a propane sit-down forklift safely and efficiently

Move finished products from production lines to warehouse storage areas

Load and unload trucks

Stage and organize materials for shipment

Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement

Label, count, and inspect materials for accuracy

Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations

Keep production lines supplied and clear of finished product

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of sit-down forklift experience

Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment

Comfortable using RF scanners and inventory systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting

Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail

High School Diploma or GED required for permanent hire

This position is located in a busy manufacturing facility that produces building materials used throughout the construction industry. The facility operates in a fast-paced environment with forklifts, production lines, and warehouse equipment running throughout the shift. Temperatures can vary with the season, and safety is a top priority.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
