Location: Dallas, TX 75244 (Hybrid)

Duration: 3-Month Contract (40 hrs/week) with Extension and Potential for Conversion

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to join a fast-paced agency environment supporting media analytics, reporting, and measurement initiatives across multiple client accounts. This role will focus on building and optimizing reporting environments, analyzing campaign performance, and delivering actionable insights that help drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will bring deep digital media analytics expertise, strong technical reporting skills, and experience working within an advertising agency setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and quality-assure dashboards, reports, and data visualization environments.

Analyze digital media performance across platforms and transform complex datasets into clear, actionable business recommendations.

Partner with media, strategy, and client services teams to support reporting, measurement, and performance analysis needs.

Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot reporting issues, and ensure consistency across reporting environments.

Develop scalable measurement frameworks, KPI definitions, and reporting standards across client accounts.

Support cross-functional stakeholders by delivering insights that align campaign performance to business objectives.

Requirements

Top 3 Must-Haves:

Media Analytics Expertise - Hands-on experience analyzing digital media performance across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other paid media platforms.

Domo & Data Visualization - Strong experience developing dashboards, conducting reporting QA, and delivering performance insights through Domo or similar BI tools.

SQL & Technical Analytics - Advanced analytical skills including large dataset analysis, data validation, reporting automation, and SQL-based data exploration.

Required Qualifications:

Experience working within an advertising, marketing, or media agency environment.

Strong understanding of media measurement, attribution, reporting methodologies, and performance analytics.

Experience supporting multiple client accounts and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Ability to communicate analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience establishing reporting governance, QA processes, KPI definitions, and dashboard standards.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data discrepancies and reporting issues.

Preferred Experience:

Experience supporting paid social, paid search, and cross-channel media teams.

Background in client-facing analytics or marketing performance reporting.

Experience working with data integrations, reporting ecosystems, and marketing technology platforms.

Experience mentoring or coordinating analytics resources and reporting support teams.

Familiarity with attribution modeling and measurement strategy.

Proven success in a marketing analytics role within an agency environment.

Ability to thrive in a client-service setting supporting multiple stakeholders and accounts.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Comfortable translating business questions into reporting solutions and actionable insights.

Collaborative, adaptable, and able to shift priorities as client needs evolve.
