Warehouse & Inventory Specialist | Broomfield, CO | $22-23/hr

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to support inventory management, shipping/receiving operations, and production material needs for a growing manufacturer of access control products. Key Responsibilities

Help establish efficient workflows and process improvements as the company continues to grow.

Manage inventory levels, stock materials, and maintain accurate records within NetSuite.

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.

Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately and on time.

Supply production teams with requested materials to support manufacturing operations.

Organize and maintain warehouse inventory for accuracy and efficiency.

Assist with cycle counts and inventory control initiatives.

Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with some ambiguity while helping create and improve processes.

3+ years of warehouse experience.

Strong inventory control experience.

Experience operating a pallet jack.

Proficiency with inventory management systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to lift and move materials as required in a warehouse environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $47840.00/yr.

Potential pay increase at 90 days Fast growing company that promotes from within Company matches 100% of 401(k) contributions up to 6% of your salary Company sponsored medical benefits
