Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a busy Dental School in West Barnstable, Massachusetts through a Contract assignment. This position plays an important part in keeping daily operations organized while serving as a dependable point of contact for students, faculty, and staff. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative coordination skills, a service-minded approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate calendars, meetings, and daily scheduling needs to help the department stay on track.

Provide administrative support to department leadership, including preparing materials, handling correspondence, and assisting with special projects.

Organize and maintain departmental records by filing, scanning, and managing documents accurately.

Respond to questions and requests from students, faculty, and staff in a helpful and attentive manner.

Perform front-office and receptionist-related duties, including answering inbound calls and directing inquiries appropriately.

Complete data entry and routine office tasks with close attention to detail and timeliness.

Help maintain smooth day-to-day department operations by prioritizing assignments and following through on multiple responsibilities. Requirements - Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist role.

Ability to manage calendars, appointments, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong customer service and communication skills for supporting students, faculty, and staff.

Proficiency in administrative support tasks such as data entry, document handling, and answering inbound calls.

High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Experience in a medical or healthcare-related office setting is preferred but not required. TalentMatch®
