Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:15 AM-6:00 PM (45-minute unpaid lunch)
Hybrid Schedule once trained - 2 days on site a week
Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:15 AM-5:00 PM

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Provider Support team. In this role, you will respond to inquiries from healthcare providers regarding claims, eligibility, online business applications, self-service tools, and technical issues. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career within a large healthcare organization while gaining valuable customer service and technical support experience.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to provider inquiries received through the Customer Service Call Center.
Provide telephone assistance related to:
Claims processing
Eligibility verification
Online business applications
Web-enabled self-service tools
Technical support issues
Record, track, and monitor customer interactions using a CRM/call tracking system.
Manage open tickets and ensure appropriate follow-up, assignment, and escalation when necessary.
Process customer requests utilizing various tools and technologies, including:
Desktop faxing
Web-based self-help resources
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) support systems
Return telephone messages and distribute fax and mail communications as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to established procedures and service standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining productivity and quality expectations.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or similar customer-facing environment.
Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple screens and systems simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Professional work history with valid reasons for previous employment transitions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
