Job Title: General Construction/Warehouse Laborer

Job Description

This role supports daily warehouse and plant operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment and performing a wide range of general labor tasks. You will handle materials, assist with inventory activities, and contribute to the smooth flow of work throughout the facility in a physically active, industrial setting.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough plant and warehouse clean-up to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Assist with inventory counting and basic material tracking to support accurate stock management.

Load and unload trucks manually and with forklift assistance, following proper handling procedures.

Move and handle barrels and other industrial materials safely throughout the facility.

Support various general labor tasks as directed by supervisors to meet daily operational needs.

Follow all company safety procedures, guidelines, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements at all times.

Maintain attention to cleanliness and organization in work areas and common spaces.

Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to complete tasks on schedule.

Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Adapt to changing duties and environmental conditions while maintaining productivity and safety

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Birmingham, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
