Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Ohio. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an organized, welcoming environment while handling a mix of front-desk interaction, data management, and general administrative support. The right candidate will communicate effectively, stay organized in a fast-paced setting, and help keep business activities running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Manage front-desk activities by greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming office experience.

Respond to incoming phone calls, route messages appropriately, and provide timely assistance to internal and external contacts.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain records, documents, and administrative files in an organized manner.

Provide day-to-day office support such as scheduling, preparing materials, and assisting with routine administrative tasks.

Coordinate communications and follow up on requests to help departments stay aligned and informed.

Maintain office organization by monitoring supplies, supporting shared administrative processes, and assisting with general clerical needs. Requirements - Previous experience in an administrative, office support, receptionist, or similar role.

Comfortable handling inbound calls effectively and communicating clearly with a variety of contacts.

Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Proficiency with standard office practices and general administrative procedures.
