Are you the @type of person who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and keeping multiple priorities moving at once? We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for members while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same.

What You'll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for members in person and over the phone

Answer and route incoming calls while providing professional, courteous service

Respond to questions regarding benefits, deductibles, out-of-pocket expenses, and plan coverage

Review plan documents to research and provide accurate information to members

Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail

Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documents are accurately filed

Monitor and order office supplies as needed

Assist with general administrative and office support duties

Research member questions and identify solutions using available resources

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Prior administrative, customer service, receptionist, or office support experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple phone lines and prioritize competing demands

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Quick learner who is resourceful and comfortable researching answers independently

Self-motivated, dependable, and focused during the workday

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with insurance benefits, copays, deductibles, claims, or healthcare-related services is helpful but not required

Familiarity with medical terminology or diagnoses is a plus, though training will be provided
