What You'll Be Doing
Serve as the first point of contact --- greet and log all walk-in visitors warmly and professionally, and notify the appropriate sales staff of arrivals.
Answer incoming operator calls, routing them as needed, and monitor operator voicemail.
Keep the lobby, showroom, reception desk, and Pro-Shop clean, stocked, and presentable throughout the day.
Manage guest refreshments and coffee service in the front and training room.
Act as a liaison between Sales Advisors and walk-in customers, coordinating communication and facility tours.
Manage ATF form filing for NFA items, verifying accuracy and addressing discrepancies.
Process and file Form 3, Form 4, and 4473 paperwork accurately.
Oversee employee purchase orders, handling order entry and payment collection.
Process Amazon and Guidefitter orders and follow up on any outstanding items.
Work with Long Range University (LRU) to coordinate scheduling and logistics for sales-related events and classes.
Manage company vehicle assignments, keys, and range passes, keeping accurate records of availability and usage.
Process incoming and outgoing mail and shipments, routing items to the correct department.
Create and enter bills and submit Divvy expenses in support of accounting.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and help identify and resolve challenges to improve overall team efficiency.
