Our client, a leading high-tech organization, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant 4 to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant 4, you will be an integral part of the administrative support team, providing high-level assistance to senior leadership and ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing complex priorities, aligning successfully within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Assist in organizing global and regional meetings, conferences, and executive events, ensuring seamless execution.

Coordinate vendor relationships and stakeholder communications to facilitate efficient operations.

Utilize AI tools, automation platforms, and productivity solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.

Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of professionalism in all interactions, both in person and via phone.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 10+ years of related experience supporting senior executives in large-scale, fast-paced environments.

Proficiency with MS Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel, and intermediate knowledge of MS Windows.

Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Experience working in high-tech or rapidly growing technology organizations is preferred.
