How you'll make an impact in this role

Orchestrate critical medical staff events by scheduling, coordinating, and championing key committee meetings and conferences that drive our credentialing activities forward.

Serve as a trusted departmental ambassador to manage external and internal communications, seamlessly verifying hospital privileges, residencies, and fellowships while managing medical staff dues.

Safeguard data integrity across all systems and databases, maintaining the high-quality records and comprehensive physician credentialing files essential for compliance and swift troubleshooting.

Optimize physician-payer alignment by designing, updating, and distributing enrollment matrices while proactively notifying contracted payers of physician updates to ensure uninterrupted patient care.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education OR experience, if applicable.

What additional preferences we're seeking

Our core hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with the ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate essential medical staff meetings scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Proven work experience in a healthcare administrative environment in a hospital, medical staff services, credentialing, provider support, or related.
