As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control and alarm response activities. You will use computers or tablets to document observations, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $21.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a corporate technology location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and emergency responders as appropriate.

Support a professional workplace environment by providing directions, assisting with access-related inquiries, and reporting maintenance, access control, and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
