As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk in Lakewood Ranch, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Your visible presence will help deter security-related incidents while supporting a professional, organized environment. Mon07:00 AM - 04:00 PM

Tue07:00 AM - 04:00 PM

Wed07:00 AM - 04:00 PM

Thur07:00 AM - 04:00 PM

Fri07:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and/or employees by following site-specific security-related procedures and front desk policies at a chemical/petrochemical location.

Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records.

Monitor access to the facility lobby and designated entry points, communicate with appropriate personnel regarding arrivals, and help to deter unauthorized access.

Answer and direct incoming calls, receive deliveries, and provide general information in a professional and courteous manner.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
