Material Handler / Warehouse Worker- Pay up to $18/hr- IN.

Location: Indianapolis, IN.

Pay: $18/hr

Shift: 1st shift- 6:45 AM- 3:30 PM (Monday-Friday)

2nd shift- 3:30 PM - 12:30 AM (Monday-Friday)

Key Responsibilities

Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities, quality, and documentation

Safely unload and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment

Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies

Label, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations

Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or other WMS systems

Move materials to production and shipping areas as needed

Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits

Use RF scanners to track inventory and orders

Support shipping, receiving, picking, packing, loading, and unloading activities

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of sit-down and stand-up forklift experience

Experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems (SAP preferred)

Ability to stand for the entire shift

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Steel-toed or composite-toed safety shoes

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Ability to read, write, and understand English

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred Qualifications

Manufacturing environment experience

Cycle counting experience

Experience with RF scanners and reach trucks

Shipping and receiving experience

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles

Continuous improvement mindset

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenwood, IN 46143.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
