As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Sturgis, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, teamwork, and care.

Pay Rate: $18.04 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Tue11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Wed11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Thur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.

Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, assisting with directions and maintaining a professional presence.

Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
