As a Security Officer Unarmed Retail Screening in Port Saint Lucie, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and alarm response activities. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while contributing to a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

Tue12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

Wed12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

Thur12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

Fri12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

Sat12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, credential verification, and adherence to established entry procedures.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.

Document observations, incidents, patrol activity, and security-related concerns in clear, accurate reports for Allied Universal and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Guard card is required

Customer service experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
