Sussex, WI N59 W22387 Silver Spring Dr., Sussex, WI 53089 Available
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift (8-hour schedules) Schedule: Wednesday
to Sunday Build Your Future with Pregis As a Machine Operator, you\'ll
play a critical role in producing high-quality packaging solutions while
ensuring our equipment operates safely and efficiently. This hands-on
position is ideal for individuals with manufacturing experience who
enjoy working with machinery, solving problems, and contributing to a
fast-paced production environment. At Pregis, Machine Operators are
trusted to own their equipment, maintain quality standards, and support
continuous improvement while working alongside a team committed to
safety, collaboration, and operational excellence. What You\'ll Do
Machine Setup & Operation Set up and operate production equipment
according to manufacturing specifications and safety requirements.
Perform machine startup, shutdown, and changeover activities. Monitor
machine performance throughout production runs to ensure efficiency and
quality. Adjust machine settings and operating parameters to optimize
performance and reduce downtime. Troubleshooting & Equipment Care
Identify and resolve basic equipment issues to maintain continuous
production. Conduct routine machine inspections and basic preventive
maintenance activities. Escalate equipment concerns when additional
maintenance support is needed. Safely operate electric pallet jacks,
roll lifts, and hoists. Quality & Production Excellence Perform quality
inspections in accordance with the Pregis Quality Management System.
Monitor product quality and make adjustments to maintain production
standards. Accurately document production output, machine settings, and
