Summary This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. Veterans may need dementia, rehabilitation, long term, palliative and/or hospice care. The LPN must practice resident centered care and participate with the health care team in balancing resident requests and conventional clinical care.
