Entry-Level Production Associate

What You'll Do

As a Production Worker, you'll play an important role in keeping production moving efficiently. You'll work alongside a teammate in a fast-paced environment, handling finished products as they move through automated packaging equipment.

Responsibilities:

Package and palletize finished paper rolls

Apply protective plastic wrapping to products as they come off the production line

Monitor products moving through automated packaging systems

Work closely with a partner to maintain production goals

Keep your workstation organized and safe

Follow quality and safety standards throughout the shift

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Ability to stand and stay active throughout 10-12 hour shifts

Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for extended periods

Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and lifting

Lift up to 20 lbs. as needed

Available Shifts

Day Shift

Monday - Thursday

6:15 AM - 3:00 PM

Night Shift

Monday - Wednesday

6:50 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
