Customer Service Representative Supervisor

JOB DUTIES:

Field calls from clients & customersregarding pension plans, healthcare plans, and financial information

Receive upward of 100-150 calls per day

Enter customer info/conversation info into database while fielding inbound call

Field calls with the utmost level of customer service

Inbound phone calls

Working with pension plans, disability claims, benefits, etc.

High volume calls

Enter customer information

Answer and direct incoming calls in a high volume of call switchboard environment

Ability to answer with a defined script and an enthusiastic manner and time

Multi-tasking and clerical support as assigned by department

Skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Call center experience and experience handling a high volume of calls

HS Diploma, GED or equivalent required

Healthcare experience preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Plains, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
