Urgent Hiring for "Client Success Associate" in San Antonio, TX

Must be located Closer to San Antonio, TX

Job Description:

Manage client accounts and support customer success initiatives.

Resolve complex customer issues using multiple tools and systems.

Generate data analytical reports for monthly and quarterly account reviews.

Develop strategies to retain and grow customers, and identify buying traits.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely responses.

Qualifications:

3+ years Expereince in a Customer Success is Mandatory

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
