Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to support daily front desk operations in Maryland. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, staying organized, and handling a variety of administrative tasks with care and efficiency. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and general office coordination while providing dependable clerical support across the site.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and guide them to the appropriate person or meeting area while maintaining a welcoming and organized front office presence.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, including packages handled through courier services.

Keep visitor and call records accurate, issue access badges or passes as needed, and support basic front desk security procedures.

Manage meeting room calendars and help ensure conference spaces and equipment are ready for use.

Provide day-to-day administrative assistance such as document preparation, typing, filing, copying, and assembling printed materials.

Support outgoing mail and office distribution tasks to help maintain smooth daily operations.

Respond to general inquiries in a courteous and timely manner, escalating requests when appropriate. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent is required.

0-2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented customer service approach.

Ability to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and manage time effectively with limited supervision.

Comfortable working with confidential information and maintaining accurate records.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with visitors, staff, and delivery personnel. TalentMatch®
