As a Security Officer Patrol Alarm Response in Dallas, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will respond to alarms, report observations, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Mon10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Tue10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Fri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, aircraft-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor for irregular conditions, unauthorized access, or potential hazards and promptly report observations to appropriate personnel.

Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

A guard card or license is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
