Description

An established university in Baltimore is seeking a Sr. Administrative Coordinator to support the University's Board of Trustees and the Senior Vice President and Secretary of the Board. This ideal candidate is eager to learn, flexible, and intuitive. This person will be responsible for heavy scheduling, calendar management, and providing administrative support wherever needed.

Requirements - Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives, boards, or high-level administrative functions.

Strong ability to manage calendars and prioritize multiple scheduling demands in a detail-oriented setting.

Experience coordinating travel arrangements and handling meeting logistics from planning through execution.

Proficiency in administrative support tasks, including document preparation, correspondence, and record maintenance.

Ability to manage conference calls and virtual meetings using standard business communication tools.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with discretion on sensitive matters.
