Description

Our client in the Findlay area is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Previous customer service, or office support experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent required
