With an established member base, three branch locations, and deep community relationships, you\'ll have the opportunity to make a difference while continuing to grow professionally. What You\'ll Do Develop and manage business lending relationships with new and existing members. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, real estate professionals, accountants, attorneys, and community organizations. Structure commercial lending solutions that support member goals and business growth. Assist members with residential mortgage needs, including purchase, refinance, construction, and home equity lending. Present lending recommendations and collaborate with internal teams throughout the approval process. Represent 1st Community Credit Union at community and business events.
