Description We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to support daily office operations and create a welcoming experience for guests, clients, and team members in Seattle, Washington. This is a Contract position suited for someone who is organized, service-focused, and comfortable managing a variety of front office and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will help keep shared spaces running smoothly while providing dependable coordination across multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and clients professionally, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive front-of-house experience.

Sort incoming mail, route deliveries appropriately, and prepare outgoing packages and correspondence for shipment.

Monitor inventory levels for workplace materials and restock office essentials to support uninterrupted daily operations.

Keep reception areas, meeting spaces, and kitchen or café areas clean, organized, and presentation-ready for employees and guests.

Provide administrative assistance across teams, stepping in with additional support where business needs arise.

Coordinate and update Outlook calendars to help maintain scheduling accuracy and visibility.

Handle general office support tasks for leadership and administrative staff, helping manage day-to-day operational needs.

Answer and direct inbound calls through a multi-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency. Requirements - Experience in reception, front desk, or customer-facing office support roles.

Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and route calls accurately.

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach to guest service.

Proven organizational skills with the ability to handle mail, supplies, calendars, and competing priorities.

Comfortable supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced office environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and standard office software.
