The Project Coordinator will work to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The role will work cross functionally to manage project outcomes. The Project Coordinator will manage all stakeholder requirements. This position is located onsite in Livonia, MI.

As a Project Coordinator, you will:

Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating office and shop activity and relay customer

expectations

Assist in developing and executing small project plans

Complete milestones on time and within budget, work with the cross-functional team to

ensure deliverables

Review data from customers, suppliers, and create reports

Coordinate assignments for subcontractors and monitor performance of vendors

Supporting management of material for launch and production

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

To be considered a Project Coordinator, you will need:

High school diploma or equivalent

Detail oriented, effective written and verbal communication skills

Good customer service skills, reliable attendance and ability to work overtime

Ability to follow directions, learn new skills and technologies, multi-task in a fast-paced

work environment

Ability to compile lessons learned for continuous quality development

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)

A successful candidate may also have:

Associate's degree in business or similar

Advanced computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel

Technical manufacturing background with ability to read and understand mechanical or electrical

Peoplesoft / ERP experience

Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends
