Security Officer - Manufacturing Facility

As a Security Officer Unarmed First Aid Patrol in Fort Worth, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, support access control activities, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $19.52 / Hour

Day Time

Mon10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Tue10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.

Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation; communicate observations and concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
