What's a typical day as Administrative Support Human Resources? You'll be:

Sorting, labeling, and filing physical HR documents in accordance with Ford's annual file review processes.

Preparing files for archiving or secure disposal per company policy while leading the HR team in maintaining audit-ready documentation.

Applying retention labels based on established retention schedules and assisting in identifying records that require secure destruction.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a High School Diploma or GED and possess experience in filing and document organization.

Are highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to make decisions independently.

Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have excellent communication skills.
