Job Description

Grace Corporation has an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrative Coordinator at our Tyrone, PA location.

The Site Administrative Coordinator will plan and assist the site with activities including recruitment, employee relations, community relations, filing, time keeping and other administrative functions. You will work with many levels of management to provide a high level of administrative support to the Tyrone Site. Some evening and weekend hours may be required as well.

This role is on-site and reports to the Plant Manager.

Responsibilities

Assist with the recruitment process, including, but not limited to, scheduling interviews and contacting candidates

Assist and serve as back up for the site's timekeeping system (Kronos)

Create and manage appropriate reports, such as EHS reports, OT reports, manpower reports, site contact list, etc.

Assist benefits enrollment, STD applications, etc.

Coordinate and manage the site's Events Committee to plan and execute employee functions.

Assist the safety department with programs, such as safety day, safety rewards programs and other functions

Coordinate local public relations by being involved in local civic groups

Manage and coordinate site-wide meetings

Coordinate site communications including bulletin boards, newsletter, etc.

Physical Requirements and Environment

Must be willing to wear PPE (Personal Protective equipment) including but not limited to hard hat, protective eyewear, steel-toed boots, hearing protection, Level A suit, full face respirator

Required Qualifications

Associate's/bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration

1-3 years of office/administrative experience

Experience in public speaking situations and presenting to large audiences

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with payroll administration

Experience with SAP, Workday or other HRIS systems

Experience in Excel, Word, Outlook,Powerpoint etc.
