Job Description:

Responsible for month-end closing procedures including bank reconciliations, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger analysis

Recording daily client transactions in Yardi and NetSuite software

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

Researching and implementing solutions for accounting discrepancies

Assist Controller with quarterly budgeting and forecasting

Contribute to other projects as needed

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in Accounting, or equivalent

Strong analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated, able to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines

Great attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, specifically)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with Yardi and NetSuite
