Production Worker / Bread Baker Full-Time Year-Round Employment,
Starting at \$20/Hour Join a Team That\'s Been Baking Excellence for
Over 34 Years! For more than 34 years, Pain d\'Avignon has proudly
produced award-winning artisan breads and pastries for restaurants,
hotels, grocery stores, and retail customers throughout New England.
We\'re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who want more
than just a job - we\'re offering a full-time, year-round career with
opportunities to grow. What We Offer Starting pay: \$20.00 per hour
Potential for a wage increase after a 30-day performance review

environment What You\'ll Do As part of our production team, you\'ll help
create some of New England\'s finest artisan breads by: Mixing and
preparing dough Scaling and shaping bread by hand Baking artisan breads
in commercial ovens Monitoring bake quality and consistency Loading and
unloading ovens Packaging finished products Cleaning and maintaining
equipment and work areas Working with your team to meet daily production
goals What We\'re Looking For Reliable and punctual Positive attitude
and strong work ethic Able to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable standing
and working in a fast-paced environment Bakery or food production
experience is a plus, but we\'re happy to train the right person Why
