Top 3 MUST HAVES : -3+ Years customer service experience -Proficient with Microsoft Office -Experience coming from any @type of logistics company or department Pluses : Bilingual Spanish - Update customers on any damages or discrepancies on inbounds received into our facility. - Check inbound receipt provided by our warehouse against packing list and data entry into our warehouse management system. - Respond promptly to customer's inquiries via email or phone. - Create item labels as needed. - Assist with managing and updating inbound appointment log and coordinate with trucking companies as needed. - Communicate with warehouse manager and receiving head on inbounds beyond our promised window. - Other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
