Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support a government office in Woodbury, Minnesota through a Contract assignment expected to run through mid-October. This position focuses on handling administrative tasks related to incoming loan inquiries, gathering required documentation, and ensuring information is accurately prepared for the next stage of review. The role begins with on-site training and then transitions to a hybrid or remote schedule, making it a strong fit for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working with applicants by phone.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound calls from individuals seeking loan assistance and guide each caller through the required documentation process.

Request, review, and organize supporting materials such as pay documentation while asking clarifying questions to confirm all needed information has been collected.

Perform simple income calculations in Excel to help prepare applicant information for downstream processing.

Maintain accurate electronic records and enter data promptly to keep files complete and up to date.

Forward organized documentation and relevant details to the appropriate team members for further review.

Support daily administrative operations, including scheduling-related tasks and general coordination as needed.

Follow established procedures during calls and documentation intake to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Complete initial on-site training and then effectively manage assigned duties in a hybrid or remote work environment. Requirements - Prior experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar clerical role.

Comfortable managing inbound phone calls professionally and asking follow-up questions when information is incomplete.

Basic proficiency in Excel, including the ability to complete simple income or annualized pay calculations.

Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and file organization.

Experience working with electronic documents and Microsoft 365 applications.

Ability to follow structured processes and handle straightforward tasks with minimal decision-making authority.

Reliable home office setup for remote work, including at least one monitor.
