Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (HRD) in the MANPOWER AND RESERVE AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Responsibilities You will assist in the development and implementation of policies, processes, resources, and tools that support strategic human capital planning and management efforts. You will perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of various workforce demographics and career management data to develop and propose new and updated policies and programs. You will produce regulations, pamphlets, directives, procedural manuals, and other documents necessary for successful. implementation and practice. You will ensure necessary resources are budgeted to support requirements. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing and leading strategic human capital, talent management, and workforce development programs, including designing and implementing human resources policies, managing program budgets, performing complex workforce analyses, and advising senior leadership.
