Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description
The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by handling materials, preparing and shipping orders, and maintaining an organized, efficient work environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliable work habits, and the ability to work safely and productively in a fast-paced industrial setting while collaborating with other departments to meet internal and external customer needs.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, and inventory activities.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient to support smooth operations.
Receive all incoming goods on a daily basis and verify accuracy against documentation.
Ship all premium freight orders each day in accordance with customer and company requirements.
Ship all orders printed before 5:00 p.m. daily to meet service and delivery expectations.
Help maintain daily cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels and reporting.
Make hose assemblies, kits, and perform individual packaging as required by customer orders.
Ensure all products are shipped with the appropriate paperwork and documentation.
Assist in responding to all emails and phone calls daily related to warehouse and order activities.
Help maintain an organized filing system for warehouse and shipping records.
Support bin location maintenance each day to keep inventory storage accurate and easy to access.
Use warehouse-related computer systems and programs efficiently to process orders and inventory.
Expedite orders and provide support to other departments as needed to meet customer deadlines.
Coordinate warehouse efforts with other company departments when necessary to support customer service and operational goals.
Essential Skills
Previous experience as a warehouse associate, including order pulling, RF scanner use, inventory, shipping, and receiving.
Basic knowledge of computers and day-to-day business software, including Microsoft Office products.
Ability to use RF scanners and other warehouse technology to manage inventory and orders.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present yourself in a professional manner.
Demonstrated reliability and attention to detail in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Ability to work safely in an industrial setting and follow established procedures.
Interest in building a long-term future with the company and becoming a long-term employee.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate degree or some college coursework preferred.
At least one year of related warehouse experience and/or training.
Forklift experience is a plus; formal certification is not required.
Ability to efficiently use all warehouse-related systems and programs.
Capability to make hose assemblies, kits, and perform individual packaging tasks.
Strong organizational skills to maintain clean work areas, accurate bin locations, and orderly filing systems.

Work Environment
This role is based in a warehouse environment focused on supporting customer service, co-workers, and internal and external customer needs for products and services. You will work closely with other departments to coordinate order fulfillment and inventory activities, using computers, RF scanners, and warehouse-related systems throughout the day. The position follows a set schedule within standard daytime hours but requires openness to shifts that can vary between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., including options such as 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m., 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., and 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. The environment emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and professional conduct while working in an industrial setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
