Base Salary: $70,000 - $75,000
Target Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000+ annually through performance bonuses, promotions, and leadership advancement as responsibilities and impact grow.

Position Summary
Ultimate is seeking a highly competitive, organized, and driven Operations Manager to work directly alongside company ownership and executive leadership.
This is an ideal opportunity for a former athlete or ambitious young professional who wants to accelerate their career in operations, leadership, project management, execution, and business management. You will gain firsthand exposure to how a fast-growing company operates while helping drive accountability, execution, systems development, and company-wide growth initiatives.
You will work hand-in-hand with ownership on a daily basis, gaining access to leadership meetings, strategic projects, operational planning, budgeting discussions, KPI reviews, and major company initiatives.
This role is designed for someone who wants to learn how to build, scale, and lead a business while developing into a future executive leader within Ultimate.
This is not an administrative role. It is a leadership development role.
What You'll Do
Executive Operations
Work directly with ownership and executive leadership on key business initiatives
Prepare agendas and materials for executive meetings
Collect KPI reports and maintain executive scorecards
Document meeting notes, action items, and key decisions
Track follow-up items and drive accountability across leadership teams
Maintain executive dashboards and company reporting systems
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and business reviews
Project Management & Execution
Coordinate company-wide projects and strategic initiatives
Build and maintain project plans, timelines, owners, and deadlines
Follow up with department leaders on commitments and deliverables
Create weekly project status updates for leadership
Identify risks, roadblocks, and opportunities for improvement
Ensure projects are executed on time and aligned with company objectives
Drive accountability throughout the organization
Leadership Support
Assist executive leadership in executing strategic priorities
Prepare reports, presentations, and business updates
Help monitor organizational performance against company goals
Facilitate leadership communication across departments
Support implementation of new initiatives and growth strategies
Serve as a key partner in maintaining alignment across the company
Training & Organizational Development
Coordinate leadership development initiatives
Assist in creating SOPs, playbooks, operating procedures, and training materials
Support company-wide training and development programs
Track completion of key operational initiatives
Help turn leadership ideas into repeatable systems and processes
Systems, Technology & Process Improvement
Maintain Asana projects, workflows, templates, and accountability systems
Support AI, automation, and technology initiatives
Organize operational resources and company documentation
Build dashboards, reporting tools, and business intelligence systems
Identify efficiency improvements across departments
Help create scalable infrastructure that supports long-term growth
Continuously improve business processes and workflows

Preferred Background
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Project Management, Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, Economics, or a related field
1-5 years of professional experience
Experience in operations, project management, business administration, consulting, finance, leadership development, or process improvement preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong Microsoft Office and technology skills
Experience with project management platforms such as Asana is a plus
Experience using AI tools, automation platforms, or reporting systems is a plus
