Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for handling various tasks related to organizing, scanning, and processing items in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

Organize and stock customer's boxes or items.

Scan and barcode incoming boxes and items.

Process work orders efficiently.

Handle rush deliveries with care and accuracy.

Essential Skills

Ability to handle and safeguard sensitive and confidential information.

Excellent communication and organization skills.

Proficiency in speaking and communicating in English with customers and coworkers.

Basic reading and writing skills.

Basic understanding of how to use a PC.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in warehouse operations such as order pulling and picking.

Ability to perform heavy physical work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This is a family-owned company with a deadline-intensive environment. You will work alongside eight team members in the warehouse, engaging in heavy order pulling and labor-intensive tasks daily. While the role is primarily individual, teamwork is essential. There is an opportunity for career advancement into a driver position if desired.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.18 - $19.18/hr.
