Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00/hr | Weekly Pay

Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00AM - 4:30PM | Full-Time | Hybrid: 3 Onsite / 2 Remote

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:

Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers via inbound and outbound communications

Answering incoming emails, assisting with quotes, orders, and providing tracking updates and general inquiries

Maintaining professionalism and establishing positive rapport with customers and teammates

Entering quotes and orders, processing requests accurately and promptly using SAP and other systems

Meeting customer service targets such as order entry and handling miscellaneous administrative duties as needed

Collaborating with other internal departments to resolve customer needs

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have previous customer service experience (mandatory)

Are skilled in accurate data entry and patient, diplomatic communication

Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, or other CRM systems

Are able to learn quickly and adapt to new processes

Are available to work weekends, nights, and some holidays as required

Hold a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
