Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and assist patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and care. You will use communication and customer service skills to address security-related concerns while contributing to a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, reliability, and innovation.

Pay Rate: $20.64 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Fri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting appropriate personnel as needed.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout assigned buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor access points and observe the movement of visitors, patients, and staff in accordance with site-specific requirements, providing directions and assistance when appropriate.

Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control/badge experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
