As a Security Officer Roving Patrol with Active Clearance in Santa Rosa, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Professional at a dynamic technology and telecommunications location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide responsive customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $27.00 / Hour

Mon07:00 AM - 04:00 PM

Tue07:00 AM - 04:00 PM

Wed07:00 AM - 04:00 PM

Thur07:00 AM - 04:00 PM

Fri07:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a technology and telecommunications location.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, sensitive workspaces, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.

Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unauthorized entry attempts and/or suspicious activity in accordance with site protocols.

Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting Allied Universal leadership and/or emergency personnel as appropriate.

Document patrol activity, incidents, hazards, and policy violations through clear and accurate reports.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least six months of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.

Possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.

A state-, county-, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
