We're looking for a rockstar Legal Secretary who thrives on organization, enjoys staying one step ahead, and knows how to keep a busy legal team on track.

If you're someone who loves calendars, can juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat, and takes pride in making sure everything is where it should be, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

? Manage attorney calendars, meetings, and appointments

? Draft, edit, proofread, and format legal correspondence and documents

? Prepare client files and maintain organized records

? Coordinate court filings, deadlines, and scheduling

? Communicate with clients, courts, vendors, and opposing counsel

? Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

? Schedule depositions, mediations, and client meetings

? Process expense reports and administrative requests

? Keep attorneys organized and on top of deadlines

? Be the go-to person who helps keep the office running smoothly

Requirements

What We're Looking For

2+ years of legal secretary, legal assistant, or administrative experience

Strong organization and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Professional and client-focused demeanor

Ability to prioritize competing deadlines

Strong attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Bonus Points For

? Experience in litigation, estate planning, probate, corporate, or family law

? Familiarity with court filings and legal document preparation

? Notary Public certification

? Experience with legal case management software

? Paralegal coursework or certificate
