Job Summary: Order Support Specialist

Location: Madison, WI (On-site)

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Duration: 6-Month Contract

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Support Specialist to support a high-volume order processing team. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in data entry, administrative support, customer service, or order management who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong attention to detail.

In this role, you will process approximately 100 orders per day, ensuring all customer information, documentation, and order details are accurate before entry into company systems. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and help ensure orders are processed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Review and process customer orders for accuracy and completeness.

Enter and maintain order information in company systems.

Verify customer-submitted data and supporting documentation.

Identify and resolve discrepancies, missing information, and data errors.

Process a high volume of orders while maintaining quality standards.

Prioritize workloads to meet processing deadlines.

Collaborate with internal departments to obtain required information.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to order activities.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related office environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Customer service experience preferred.

Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
