Job Overview This role performs routine logistics tasks including receiving, sorting, staging, labeling, and basic material handling under close supervision. It ensures consistent daily logistics execution. It also develops foundational logistics skills through hands on experience and training This role supports basic logistics tasks related to shipping, receiving, and warehousing. It follows clearly defined procedures and safety expectations to support daily logistics operations. The role completes assigned work accurately and escalates issues or questions promptly. Accountabilities 1. Performs routine shipping and receiving activities such as sorting, unpacking, labeling, and verifying materials against documentation. Follows established procedures to maintain accuracy and compliance. Escalates discrepancies or damage to supervisors promptly. 2. Supports warehousing activities through stocking, organizing, staging, and basic material movement. Identifies misplaced items or visible issues and reports them for correction. Maintains cleanliness and order within storage and work areas. 3. Updates simple inventory logs or checklists under close supervision. Identifies and communicates discrepancies or unclear information. Ensures materials are handled and stored safely. 4. Prepares labels, tags, and basic paperwork needed for routine transportation tasks. Follows safety procedures when assisting with loading or staging. Requests guidance when documents are incomplete or unclear. 5. Communicates task status, questions, and issues to supervisors and team members. Follows instructions carefully and asks for clarification when needed. Escalates concerns that may affect workflow performance or safety. Minimum Education & Requirements 0+ years Locación: Planta El Salto, El Salto, Jalisco Propósito del Puesto: Esta posición es responsable de recibir, acomodar, surtir y embarcar Productos Terminados y Materiales. Asimismo, es responsable de manipular convenientemente SAP y otras herramientas informáticas así como comunicarse con personal de otras áreas para completar diferentes actividades. Asimismo, es responsable de mantener la limpieza y presentación del área asignada a su cargo. También, esta posición es responsable de manejar con propiedad y cuidar el equipo de trabajo asignado. Todas estas tareas se ejecutaran siguiendo estrictamente las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa que incluyen entre otros temas de Seguridad e Higiene Industrial. Resumen o Recibe, acomoda, surte y embarca Productos Terminados y Materiales siguiendo estrictamente las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía. Valida con mucha precision la exactitud de la carga vs. los documentos que la amparan. o Manipula convenientemente SAP y herramientas como el Lot Code Tracking Tool, Website Para Recibo de Materiales, Productividad del Almacén, MS Office entre otros. Asimismo, se comunica con personal de otras áreas para completar de manera satisfactoria algunas actividades del almacén. o Responsable de la limpieza y presentación de un pasillo del almacén asignado por el Supervisor. Igualmente, se encarga de llenar los correspondientes formatos 5S. o Responsable del cuidado del montacargas asignado para la operación, reportando de inmediato cualquier desperfecto o problema con el mismo a través del formato correspondiente. Asimismo, esta posición es responsable de la carga correcta de baterías y de la manipulación correcta del push & pull. o Participa de manera activa en las reuniones de trabajo convocadas por su Supervisor y ejecuta con esmero cualquier otra tarea asignada por este. Education: Preparatoria * Experience: o SAP básico, o Excel / Word intermedio, o Datapass, o manejo de montacargas, HP/HS o manipulación de baterías y equipo push & pull.
