modine.com. Position Description We are seeking a highly skilled,
detail-oriented, and collaborative Hosting Engineer to join our team.
This position will report to the Senior Manager, Core Platforms within
the Corporate IT I&O Organization. You will play a critical role in
designing, implementing, and managing Modine\'s core enterprise server
environments and critical IT platforms. The ideal candidate will blend
strong technical expertise (including Exchange, SolarWinds, cloud
hosting, vulnerability management, and on-prem server administration)
with a customer-first mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a
highly organized approach to multitasking and managing complex projects.
Key Responsibilities Server & Infrastructure Administration: Deploy,
configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers (physical & virtualized).
Monitor server performance, perform capacity planning, vulnerability
remediation, and assist in the management of backup/recovery processes.
Platform Administration: Administer and maintain messaging platforms
(Exchange/M365) and enterprise monitoring solutions (SolarWinds) to
ensure proactive alerting and uptime. Cloud Infrastructure Management:
Assist in the design, deployment, and management of scalable, secure,
and resilient cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform and Azure as
required. Customer Support & Collaboration: Provide comprehensive
support with a strong focus on customer service, ensuring minimal
downtime and prompt, professional resolution for internal teams.
Documentation & Process Improvement: Create and maintain detailed
documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and
