Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Specialist / Implementation Specialist to support supply chain operations while leading the implementation of new processes, systems, and operational improvements. This role will serve as a bridge between supply chain, procurement, operations, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, supply chain expertise, project management skills, and experience implementing ERP, WMS, TMS, or other supply chain technologies.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Operations
Manage and optimize procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier processes.
Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain continuity of supply.
Monitor inventory levels and develop recommendations to reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
Support demand planning, forecasting, and replenishment activities.
Evaluate supplier performance and participate in vendor management initiatives.
Implementation & Project Management
Lead implementation of supply chain initiatives, technology solutions, and process improvements.
Coordinate project timelines, resources, testing, and deployment activities.
Partner with business users to gather requirements and document process workflows.
Support ERP, WMS, TMS, procurement, and inventory management system implementations.
Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
Monitor project milestones and provide status updates to leadership.
Assist with change management efforts to ensure user adoption and process compliance.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze operational and financial data to support decision-making.
Create dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics for leadership review.
Identify bottlenecks, root causes, and opportunities to improve efficiency.
Track implementation success through established performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory, or operations experience.
Experience supporting or leading implementation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, etc.).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing ERP, WMS, TMS, or procurement systems.
APICS/ASCM CPIM, CSCP, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
Supply chain consulting or transformation experience.
Knowledge of inventory optimization and forecasting methodologies.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other reporting tools.
Manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, retail, or logistics industry experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
