Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Warehouse Customer Service Coordinator:

Coordinate paperwork for daily outbound warehouse shipments

Communicate with customers, carriers, drivers, and warehouse personnel regarding shipment status, appointments, delays, and issues

Schedule and manage appointments through warehouse scheduling systems

Process shipping paperwork including Bills of Lading (BOLs), and inventory documentation

Verify shipment information for accuracy including load numbers, trailer numbers, seal numbers, and customer references

Maintain accurate records within warehouse management and transportation systems

Assist with driver check-in and check-out processes

Monitor shipment flow and communicate operational updates proactively

Work closely with Operations to prioritize loading schedules and resolve service issues

Respond to customer inquiries professionally and in a timely manner

Escalate operational or customer concerns to management when necessary

Ensure compliance with company safety, security, and customer procedures

Support additional administrative and operational duties as assigned

Job requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous customer service, logistics, transportation, or warehouse experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple departments

Professional and customer-focused attitude

Background check and drug test required
